Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


We process all orders on a first order first serve basis. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be indefinite delays with shipment. Please allow additional days for orders to be shipped in the case of delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

This processing time does NOT apply to orders that include pre-order items. All orders that include pre-order items will begin processing once the item is available 1-2 business days after the expected release date listed in the product description.

Be sure to double check the shipping address before placing an order! If you mistakenly placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately. We are unable to modify your order once fulfilment has started.

Tshirts are made on demand. It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products and the average worldwide shipping time is 4 days.



All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or another global carrier to give you the best shipping experience.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during holidays.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Run4Adventure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Run4Adventure is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. We can provide you with a proof of posting so a claim can be processed with the postal service.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
