Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact page.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in suitable packaging to ensure its safety in transit. You are responsible for paying the return postage.

Damaged Items

If you receive a parcel and your items have been damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items that have not been damaged.
